The goal of Adaptation gardening or farming is to allow plants to naturally and select for the survivors to essentially adapt the genetics of the plant to the land , the climate and conditions. These are not technically landrace, as this is only the second year of this development. I planted a Old Time TN, which was the very large oblong one in the picture along with several other varieties including "Sugar Cube." This was done for two years in a row, these seeds will be the third iteration of this. The last round were the sweetest by far. 

These seeds are going to be diverse, with combined traits from their many different promiscuously pollinated parents. Trying saying that really fast!
